Quality Inn Jacksonville near Camp Lejeune

I booked a room at Quality Inn Jacksonville through a third-party website and stayed for one night. Overall, I was satisfied with the value I received for the price, which was lower than the rate offered directly by the hotel. The room was clean, but the floor had a noticeable stickiness that was a bit uncomfortable. I suspect it was due to the cleaning products used, as the issue persisted into the next day. I would also prefer curtains instead of blinds, as they would allow better control of natural light. The clothing iron provided seemed quite old and didn’t fit securely into the outlet, which made it difficult to use. That said, everything else in the room was in good working condition. Breakfast was as expected: simple but adequate. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. A special thanks to the front desk associate who kindly granted me a late checkout when I needed extra time. The location is convenient, especially with a Walmart nearby for any quick purchases. Overall, it was a good experience and worth the price for a short stay.

I gave 4 stars on rooms and service because. The floors in the rooms are very slippery. My brother is a disabled veteran with a cane. We stayed 3 nights.1st morning we asked for something to be done with the floor. Nothing was done. Very concerned because if my brother fell it would not have been good.taked to person at desk (very nice guy) he said housekeeping had already gone home.we asked next morning spoke with a manager and it got done.Why did that have to be so hard??? My brothers safety should have been everyone's concern. But no!!!! I like staying at the Quality when we come in town. I get a room and my brother and his wife get a room. It's a great value. All is great just the floor issue. Please take care of this probem!!!

Overall, was happy with my stay. The staff was very friendly, but my room had a minor issue.… The water, although hot, did not drain well. Also, the custodial workers, tried to enter my room around 10:25 before checkout time. We were already packing up belongings, and check out was at 11am. The outdoor pool was clean and well kept, and the breakfast included bacon, sausage, eggs, grits, muffins, yogurt and waffles… Breakfast was excellent. The breakfast, pool, and the friendly staff was the most positive points of this hotel.

We stayed frequently at the Quality Inn here in Jacksonville on highway 17 period we are building a small home and And we are local people and could stay anywhere in fact we have stayed at others just to assure us that we are getting the best results here at this Quality Inn believe me you get your money's worth and more.Yon is like avery attentive 5 star hotel . Conseil we love him and we have heard others in the motel and we have heard others in the Inn Play the same about him Ask keeping his superb the rooms are clean the floors are excellently clean and there's no hair ever in the bathroom this is a great 5 star hotel in Jacksonville and it's underrated there is usually a manager on duty we have stated other motels and found it to be dirty overpriced and not at all like the friendliness that you receive here We love the girl that's on my night shift as well she cannot be more compatible for people person she's calling to everyone and she is very attentive to your needs. If you want the best for your money and you're traveling through always stop at the quality

Honestly it’s nothing to write home about but if you are visiting a love one on the base for the weekend it’s good. The employees are so nice. Clean beds and they’re not bad for a good night sleep. Quiet as the guests are all respectful. There’s a Walmart across the street. Restaurants in town with a variety of selections.

My children went to a new motel tonight. What a nightmare! My son Chris rode along to help unpack as they would be there a week. The attendant at front desk verbally accused my 2 children of leaving babies in the room unattended. (SHE DIDNT SEE CHRIS) SHE BASICALLY CALLED ME A LIAR ON THE PHONE - WHEN I TOLD HER HE WAS THERE! She repeated over and over no one was with the kids. So Chris walked to front desk to verify facts. She was on phone with manager. Evidently Megan did sign a no pet paper not thinking her little bearded dragon was a pet! They threatened to throw them out in the cold. And charge 100. The attendant told my kids to shut the kids up or they would get a noise complaint and be made to leave. They had just arrived to the hotel. Yes the kids were crying. They are tired! OMG … WTH. Then the attendant said her manager would deal with it tomorrow. So the kids will leave it’s cold outside but no refund until management can deal with it. ?????? These kids are homeless, lost EVERYTHING to black mold in home. Literally EVERYTHING!!!!!!!!!!

Very clean hotel. Close to alot of restaurants and Walmart. Staff at the front desk was rude and there appearnce was very dirty. Love the hotel just not the people that run the welcome desk.
